Acts Chapters 5-6 introduce some internal conflicts in the Church, all twelve apostles receiving a beating for preaching the word, but being filled with JOY for it, some internal schisms around race, a new group of appointed leaders, and the short-lived, but powerful ministry of Stephen the deacon.
