Acts Chapters 3-4 tell the story of the amazing healing of a man who was lame for 40 years. His walking, leaping and praising God created a great stir, which resulted in a powerful message that grew the church to 5000 and aroused the ire of the Sanhedrin. Peter and John's arrest and threats to the church only emboldened them and the saints, and the church grew as a family.
